of AmericaI just bought a Gameassion Set-4 from GMSTEK LLC and its the worst experience Ive ever had. The customer service was terrible - they were unable to understand or speak English to help me. I spent hours trying to get a solution that would work with my TV and all I received in response was We dont know about that. A day after purchasing the set-4 I received an email containing We dont know about that. To make matters worse our cell phone service was out at home so we couldnt contact our graphics consultant who wed been using for months to help us through this process. We had salvation property close by but we decided to not call it and just go with the offers from the companies instead.

I have had a bad experience with GMSTEK. I started using their software for my FBOs and it was great until they stopped telling me what was going on. I found this out by myself and filed a report with customer service. They never sent me any help or information about my software again. Ive been negative in every way about them for the last two years.
