I called them to get help with my IT issue and the representative told me that they dont do services like that anymore because their business is going through some changes. I was really upset about this because its been going good for me before and now all of a sudden my service is gone.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY THEY ARE THE WORST. THEY CANNOT EVEN CONTAIN THEIR OWN DESKTOP I GUESS THATS WHY THEY CALLED ME TO SAY THAT MY COMPUTER WAS LOCKED UP BUT IT WASNT. ALSO WHEN I ASKED THEM TO SEND ME A CABLE OR PHONE NUMBER FOR TECH SUPPORT THEY SAID THAT I DONT KNOW HOW TO SPEAK ENGLISH. SO DONT USE THIS COMPANY IF YOU WANT ANYTHING FROM THEM.

I would not recommend this company to anyone. The owner is extremely unprofessional and does not seem to care about his customers. He did not respond to my emails or phone calls for weeks after I inquired about a solution to a problem. In the end I ended up having to call him myself because he was not going to help me out.

I was this companys customer service agent for a little under two years. I can say that they are not as good of a company as they seem. They are slow to help and their customer service is incredibly nonexistant. I have had to call multiple times during work hours to get help with issues Ive faced and all the members I spoke with at the customer service deskwordpress only had bad things about their experience with this company.

I just had a look at the website and started a subscription. It was easy to sign up and navigate to the payment page. However when I clicked the pay now button it put me into a AC Control electing company go2rcg.com which is in the business of IT Solutions Company. I have worked in this business for many years and been through every step of the development process. The end result is that I was exactly where I needed to be to become an owner or head of my own company. However I couldnt even find the start-up kit that I need to get started. Just got out of a high-pressure meeting with them due to heat exposure.nows Hide
