This company is terrible. Weve had to contact them multiple times because our computer was hacked and they couldnt take it down until after we paid for a ransom which didnt work. Then there was the time when my phone went dead and they couldnt find the battery in the device so they had to come out and replace it with another one that didnt even have a battery Plus their customer service is absolutely awful. Theyre always just trying to talk us out of paying for something or making us feel like were wrong about something. We wouldnt recommend this company to anyone

We have made great strides in your business but every time a customer comes back to us they are required to provide their email address and phone number which we then do not receive. We have had to take legal action against this company in order to keep our business running. We are very sorry for the inconvenience.
