I was this companys customer service representative for about a year. I did not enjoy my experience. The phone numbers they would call were too many. They would also ask for money in order to get me onto their number. If I asked them to stop calling they would. There was never an atmosphere of concern or interaction with customers. I never received a response to my calls nor did I receive any support from the customer service representative. Corporation has terrible customer service and if you want something done for you dont go other than what they do - which is contact other companies and try to get help from customer service.
