The company is terrible and their support is terrible. I got my computer system stolen and they said they couldnt do anything because the thief had already taken it. They said that was their policy. I asked them if they ever did this before and they said no but then again how can you be sure Anyway after trying to get ahold of someone from their customer service department for over an hour and getting nowhere I gave up and cancelled my subscription. Save your money and dont use this company at all

We are now in the process of trying to get back on line and contact our suppliers but we are extremely unhappy with this business. I have had two different individuals from this company come to my house to film me while Im working and then they leave withcopies of the files they took. They also left a computer at my house that was completely broken so dont be fooled by their appearance. Avoid them at all costs

I just opened this company and under the encies field I entered my model number for reference. I have had two issues with them in the past and they seem to be good people so Is why Im giving them a try.I just started using company gointernos. It is exactly what they say - they are a well-funded group of entrepreneurs who have been doing their own research on the matter - and theyre not as bad as everyone seems to make out. But due to the first issue with their service a security incident which aftermath caused by their being unable to protect some user data Ive learned my lesson and been very careful with how much information I share about my experiences with them. I hope that in enough time they can fix the last issue - a small thing that was not taken care of properly before. Otherwise Ill be back to others in the future because companies like company gointernos

I just opened this email and its completely random. No matter how much I try to read it I cant find the company gointernos.com in the internet. It looks like a simple document from a customer service representative but its not. Ive tried different addresses and phone numbers but still no good.Im afraid that this email is a scam or someone trying to take advantage of customers who are too busy with their work or simply not interested in talking to them about their online presence.
