I was extremely disappointed with company goldenresource.com. First of all they did not deliver on their promises - they offered me a product that I could not even use because it was not suitable for my needs. Additionally the customer service was terrible - I had to call them multiple times to get my questions answered and they were never helpful. overall I would not recommend this company to anyone

This company is a complete joke. I have never had such terrible service from anyone in my life. The first time I called the tech said he could not come out because he was too busy with another client and then when I asked to be transferred to a supervisor the tech told me that he couldnt do that either because the supervisor was unavailable. So if youre looking for customer service - dont look here

Golden Resource is a terrible company. They are always quick to offer new services but they never provide what you need. I have had to call them many times to get my Globe account set up and they never did it. Other companies do but Golden didnt even close the deal with me. Save your money and dont use this company again.
