I would not recommend this company to anyone. The tech support is terrible and they dont seem to be very interested in helping you. I had a issue with my computer and they told me it was my fault and that I needed to take it back to the store. I didnt believe them so I took it back and got a new one. Then I started having other problems with my computer and they wouldnt help me fix them. Finally after several months of trying to get help from their techsupport I gave up and just stopped using their service altogether.

I have had the same issue with this site and I have used it multiple times. I have no idea what is going on because it doesnt seem to be that easy to get help. The support function is non-existent too. I think someone just didnt care about their problem and about making sure that everyone else was able to fix it.Gold Media Tech has not been reliable in the past due to different issues with other sites as well. This site especially struggles when it comes time to pay bills or for other important tasks. I for one would not recommend this site to anyone.
