I called to ask about a specific ransomware protection plan and the woman on the phone said that she couldnt help me because my computer was already infected with ransomware She told me to turn off my computer and then come back in an hour. Then I realized that she was talking about the same computer that I just bought from this company so of course it was already infected This is the worst customer service ever

supplier.I have just recently discovered company goleadingit.com - a website that is in the business of cyber security managed IT services. I am an online customer for many years now and have never had such poor service. My account has been charged multiple times and at times it has even been released from my account without my knowledge or consent. In fact they have allowed them to take over my account twice now without any reason given. Ive reported their behavior to customer service but they continue to give nothing but quality software helpages that they know will be essential for my home computer needs. Its time to take back whats coming back and ask for our money back I hope this review helps someone else who may be going through the same thing me.
