I have never had such a terrible experience with any company in my life. I made an order for Home - Billing and payments personalized and the process was incredibly frustrating. I didnt receive my order until after dark and there were numerous errors in the payment information that I had to correct before it would even start processing my order. And finally when it arrived it was defective- the entire billing system apparently hadnt been updated in years Needless to say this is not a customer service experience Ill recommend to anyone.

customer serviceI am currently a customer of the company and have had great experience. However I have had a few bad experiences that I feel should belocalized to the company. I started my first purchase at least 8 months ago through their website and received an email notification that my purchase was completed. However when I tried to pay with my bank account it would not accept direct payment. I called them and they told me that this was because their system was being used to process payments from people who were not even customers of the company. They need to a better way where customer service is concerned
