I have had the pleasure of using company gonextek.com for all of my IT needs from before you know the world. After leaving they have been a long and difficult journey back to reality. I can say that it has been a total waste of time and money. I have had to call in anywhere from 5-700 services every single day. And all while not being able to do anything with the information because it is always changing which is why I made the decision to go else where.The only good thing about company gonextek.com is that they are always willing to help you out with what they can but their services are often too expensive for what you want or need. Be sure of one things if youre ever faced with a difficult decision having IT performed dont go around looking for just any old IT service place. Look around and find somebody who has the necessary experience and can take care of your computer as well as human resources

I have had the opportunity to use company gonextek a few times and have to say that it is a lack of quality and care in the industry as a whole. The software is either not up to date or being used out of time which results in hours lost each month on this type of work. The staff is also often unprofessional and often without experience or knowledge of what they are doing. Overall I would not recommend this company to anyone.
