This company is terrible. I ordered a Goodybag for my office and the processing was incredibly slow and even after I placed my order they never sent anything. They also charged me an extra 5 for something that wasnt even in the package. Overall avoid this company if you can.

I placed an order for catering for my office and it was very difficult to get ahold of anyone at company goodybag.com. They would not answer any of my questions or provide any information about the Catering Order they sent me. The end result was that I had to call them to ask what happened and how much money I would be spending. Overall this company is not worth your time or money.

The order process was quick and easy but when I sent my order through they changed the system to take a while because of our review. Im very disappointed in the companys customer service and how it works.

BiteSquad.com is a terrible business model for company goodybag.com. They are always looking for ways to cut costs and increase efficiency so they can continue to provide great service to their customers. However their user interface is appalling at all - making order tracking difficult and often inaccurate. In addition the new site looks nothing like the old site which makes online shopping very difficult to carry out. Finally there is the small matter ofuses to be filled in on the new site which also occasionally fails to fill in these uses. So overall its not easy to use and has a lot of negative features. Its not worth the 5 per month though because you can always use their other services.
