Goserco, Inc., Review Specifics:
Company Goserco is a company that provides public safety services like support for law enforcement and emergency management. Their products are great for answering phone questions and helping Public Safety organizations with providing information or providing reinforcements when they need them. However I was very disappointed with the customer service I experienced. The representative I spoke to was very slow to respond to my question and then also didnt seem to be very knowledgeable about their product. Overall I would not recommend Company Goserco to anyone.Goserco does not have any bad reviews yet.

Im terrible at customer service and this company is terrible in terms of public safety. I have had to call multiple times during the day to try to get someone but they always seem to be busy. I would not recommend this company or their products
