I have had the pleasure of dealing with Goshen Consulting for the past three years. They are an excellent company and I unconditionally recommend them to everyone I know. However I would like to share a few negative experiences that I have encountered during this time.The first was that the company didnt show any interest in working with me and my project. They were just here to get started with their services and not to change or improve their own business process. This led to me running into endless customer service issues which included no response to my calls or no information on my project even after multiple attempts.The second experience was even worse.
