They never told me the computer was not working and that I needed to come in for a service call. When I got there the tech said my computer was not even worth fixing and that he would just give me a new one. This company is a scam and if you have any problems with your technology do not go to Technologix

is the worst company everI have never had such terrible customer service. I called them to help with a computer issue and they were so rude and didnt even seem to care about what was going on. The guy whoanswered the phone said I needed to go to customer service and my call center told me that Technologix does not offer support for this type of issue. Save your time and money and dont use them at all

has never met a need that they couldnt meet technologix has always been a needed company in the business of online customer service. They provide technology support services for businesses of all sizes. Their services are personable and polite and they work to ensure that their customers have the best chance at getting through to the other end of the phone. I had the opportunity to be their customer service coordinator in Shreveport LA during my time there. And despite my best efforts I could tell you that they dont just offer digital customer service they also offer business IT support services. Its difficult to do good customer service when your staff is composed of someone who is constantly working on new and Not-So- Good Headlines .
