The company GovDirect.com is nothing more than a scam. They promise you great discounts on products and services but in reality they do not deliver what they said they would. I was promised a free product and I never received it. The customer service was terrible as well- one representative told me that because I had already paid for the product she could not help me with my return or refund. Do not go to this company

GOVERTUALITY OF GOVERAL Directories ARE CANCELED ON PAGE 54 OF THE WHOLE SITE. WE DO NOT SHOP THROUGH THIS portals NAME. WE ARE NOW NOWERE SO FINE THAT OUR DESTINY COULDCTVE. This company is quite possibly responsible for the entire site being gone wrong. They are no longer following the correct guidelines for their website. As a result they are now only serving police fire and EMS customers. And while we cant necessarily blame the company it seems as if they may have also lost customer trust in general.
