I did not receive the order at all because I Tried to contact them multiple times. I even tried using their customer service they said it was out of range and that they would not be able to help me out. So i lost pretty much all my money on this showThe company goes by the name of company govrpro.com and is located in the business of game development studio - GOVRPRO. They provide a bad experience for everyone they meet while trying to purchase anything from the website.In addition the company makes use of unhelpful customer service that has no response time other than to say that it will not be able to help anyone with this problem. I have never had such a terrible experience with a company before. I started working with company in 2018 and was excited to help people create the best gaming world they can. But thats exactly what happened to me. My first job was building levels for a game. Now my name is being used all over as someone who is only responsible for providing level-building gamesIm not only critical of this work but are they really need this kind of use from me Im not some cheap add-on or anything. Ive been using game development software for years now and have built many an engine myself. So I know how it feels to want just to get on with your life and make somethinginstead of having to spend monthsyearly developing new ideas.Please at least provide me with additional staff so that I can focus on other things than trying to make everyone else happy.

I have had quite a few negative experiences with this company. From the beginning they were able to offsets any problems we had. They always made sure that our needs were met and that we were very pleased with our purchase. However I have had several bad experiences and they are not byproduct of a good company. The customer service is not going to make up for the bad reviews but they do make up on occasion.
