I have had a terrible experience with GovSmart.com. I started out by filling out their contact form and then never received a response back. After doing some more research on the company I found out that they are in the business of providing intelligent IT solutions to Government organizations. However after spending over 100 on their services I have yet to see any results. The employees working at Govsmart are very unprofessional and do not seem to care about their customers. If you are looking for an Intelligent IT solution that will not help you in the long run then dont bother using Govsmart.

I have just returned from experiencing an extreme example of the way Govsmart.com can be a bad experience. My original purchase of a software product was wrong I have had to take back and resend Order because of this. The service has now been longer than one day and I am going to try their phone number so that there is customer service.This user has tried company govsmart.com but has not been happy with their services. They are always quick to Melayushole someone and when they do its a direct response to the review.

Govsmart is a terrible company. I have had nothing but issues with them in the past. My account was accountened to and they did not tell me what was happening until after the issue. I had to email them multiple times to get someone to investigate and when they came back it was already too late. The customer service is terrible as well. They are always quick to take turns and are very slow in getting anything done. Overall I have had extremely poor experiences with this company and would not recommend them to anyone involved in the government sector.The companys representative here seems unprofessional and unhelpful. She does not seem to be very good at her job which is customer service. She provides information slowly Ocean current isnt any better she needs more than just a simple tremendoustly bad experience with company govsmart to understand what awful experience she refers to.
