I have had to call them multiple times because my IT solution just did not work and they refused to help me out. They also charge a fortune for their services which is ridiculous.

GPI Holding is a company that provides IT solutions provider services. Their customer service is horrible. They always have been and they still are going to be because their customers are always on the line. Other companies might give you a hour or two of service before they either close or charge you a fee. GPI Holding stays open all the time so that you can know that your data is safe and youre getting what you expect from your money. But other companies which provide this kind of service might not stay open to answer phone calls and would then have a manager come in and start asking questions about your account and how it works. Do not use GPI Holding without getting specific information from them first
