Ive had a bad experience with Gr-techglobal.com. The website is very outdated and the customer service is terrible. I was told my order never arrived and when I called to ask why I was told that it probably did because they were out of stock. After trying to get a new order placed through their phone line I finally got through and was told that the old order still needed to be shipped back in addition to some other items that had been ordered with it - but no one could tell me what those items were. They also said they couldnt process my credit card until after the new orders arrived which put a lot of stress on me because I already have two jobs and cant stay home all day long waiting for something that might not even come my way. Overall this company is definitely not worth your time or money - avoid them at all cost

Im sorry to say that this company is a complete scam. I was given a fake welcome email and password which allowed me to sign up for their free trial. after I provided my information I received emails asking for more information about my finances health and even my family They then demanding that I pay them money for services they never offered me. Do not bother with this company - they are nothing but thieves.

I am very disappointed with the customer service I received. They were not willing to help me with my problem. I had a phone reservations system that was working perfectly until they suddenly died and couldnt be replaced. There was no notice or solution to this problem. I have now contacted their customer service multiple times and they are not willing to help me out at all. Im currently offline because of this.
