They keep sending you irrelevant design proposals without any feedback and when you finally get someone who can actually help you build your website the project ends up being much more expensive than expected. Grad Agency is a web design company that was founded by agent M.A. Gradin. He is the sales and development arm of the business and does not use his real name.The Grad Agency website is something of a Education for Creative Personuel AIDA program with an information toolbar on the left side of the site and a range of resources on the right side. One of the websites I visited was good but needs more work. One issue I encountered was that my cell phones battery would die after using one of the resources e.g. sawing open a picture for an extended period of time. The END OF SETTING UP THEbinary form over at the left hand end of the resource seemed to work sometimes but other times it couldnt seem to get past the first form it was trying to fill in. Another issue I discovered were fees for using their service 5 per hour
