I am not impressed with this software development and design company at all. I have had two projects that were completed within the timeframe they said they would but one of the files was much larger than the other and it took forever to figure out what happened. And then there was the whole thing with feedback management - I needed to email my clients every time something changed in our code even if it was just a typo because they wouldnt listen to me when I talked to them on the phone Come on GrandSoft youre supposed to be providing quality software development services at a fraction of the cost of some big name companies like Google or Microsoft.

I had a problem with my computer and they were very sorry and said they would get to the bottom of it and never give me a better opportunity to fix it. I had to go through their email for help so that is not the customer service I was hoping for.

Im not sure what the problem is but its been going on for so long now that Im pretty sure we havent done anything to make things better. We keep changing the hours of our job positions to make us more available but it only makes matters worse. If youre looking for a software development or design company I would recommend somewhere else.
