has been terrible. I have had to change my IT company 4 times in the past year because of their incompetence. The first time they failed to back up my computer and then told me it was because of a virus and not because of them. Then they told me that they couldnt do anything about it because I didnt pay their bill on time. And finally last week they said that my network was down because someone tried to access the internet through my computer without permission. This company is just a scam--do not go there

I grapevine customer service is terrible. I have had to call them multiple times to get my password and to change my account information. They are also never willing to let me know if there are any problems. Overall I have had trouble with this company multiple times and its now been years since Ive had issues with them.
