The representative who I spoke to never gave me any information about the company or what they were supposed to do. They also took a lot of money out of my account without providing any paperwork or explanation. Overall this was an incredibly shady business and I would not recommend it to anyone.

They are used to working with different types of buildings such as homes apartments places of employment etc. However they have recently been facing a lot of criticism from their current and former employees due to the way they are running their company.The company has been caught between a rock and a hard place when it comes to their past employees reviews. On the one hand they should have known better than to use someones last name- which is why they were given the name Gravitas Residential Design- but on the other hand they could have also been careless about how their name is being used online. It is clear that these people have had bad experiences with the company and there is no future for them in this industry.If you work at this company and you want to leave because of the way you were treated by this team please let me know so that I can provide you with a job offer which will make your

is a business that provides residential services to individuals and families in central New York. I worked with this company for a few months and the service was excellent. However after about two months of use I realized that they do not have any other services in the business which are also excellent. So I decided to find other companies that could provide what Gravitas Residential Design has provided and found other customers who had same experiences. They have a good customer service rate and have always been willing to work with me to get my needs met. I would recommend this company to anyone who is looking for an excellent residential service in central New York.GravitasLC is terrible They never seemed to care about their customers and now their service has gone out of action for two months.
