"I Was This Companys Customer Service Representative"
Gravity Systems, Inc., Review Specifics:
I was this companys customer service representative for a while. I did not like the product or the process. The phone number they use to call you is their personal number and they do not have in-person interviews with customers. They also would call my home number and say were sorry we dont know who you are. When I would ask what was going on they would say Were sorry we dont know who you are. And then they would start talking about their product and how it works without being specific. It made me very unhappy and I never received my order.I hope that this review makes people aware of some issues I experienced with the company.
