The company Grcs.com is nothing more than a scam. The website offers free home energy audits but the only thing thats free is your time. Once you complete the survey youre required to pay for an 8 per hour fee. And if you dont have enough money to cover the fee youll be charged an additional 50 per hour fee. If youre not happy with your results they will refund your entire purchase price - no questions asked

Grainscope is the companys new and improved user report system. However it is quite basic and offers very few features for the price. For one it does not allow you to enter other users reports or reviews into your own reports. Two it is not really a reliable way to track down problems with your house because it keeps getting made after you were considering investing in it. Overall I found Grainscope to be bad news for business - its uneffective at tracking down problems with a property and its price was unnecessary since there are far too many better alternatives available for the same quality or less money.
