but terrible customer serviceI have had a negative experience with Great Agentusa.com in the past. I am not expecting much from them this time around but it seems like they are really not up to par when it comes to customer service. I called them multiple times for different reasons and each time the response was either unhelpful or just plain bad. They would not give me my money back even after I sent proof of purchase This company is definitely not worth your time or money.
