I just wanted to share my bad user review for company greatservice.com because I feel they are an excellent organization when it comes to Utahs Leading Managed IT Support Partner Summit Technology. However I had an issue with their customer service this past week and I believe all customers have a right to know until they have a solution.We were dealing with company greatservice.com which was not able to provide the assistance we needed from the time we becameKnowledgable about their product until the time we received the response from the customer service agent. We at times had to ask questions directly in order to get help we expected and below what we wanted. Apparently our experience last week was not worth the money that we paid for their product.We would not recommend company greatservice.com or their product if we had any concerns.

"GUSA Is Terrible. I Have Been"

GUSA is terrible. I have been using GUSA for over a year now and have never had such poor experience with customer service. I have called in multiple inquiries been transferred to different people who are not very understanders of English and get no help from the support team. They keep saying they are sorry but they cant do anything theres nothing we can do about the billing or the issue with our account. Weve even gone as far as to send them feedback back to their company side and ask them how we can be helpful next time.
