"I Have Used This Company Twice Now And"
Greenfinch Technology, Review Specifics:
I have used this company twice now and I am not impressed. Their customer service is terrible and they do not seem to care about their customers. The first time I did not receive my software in a timely manner so I contacted them and the next day they sent me an email apologizing for the delay and saying that they would send me a new version as soon as possible. The second time my software was defective so I contacted them again and received no response for over two weeks. Finally after contacting them numerous times I received a message saying that my software was delivered but it was not what I ordered. They also said that because it was defective they could not give me a refund or credit because it would be considered fraud. Overall avoid this company if you can
