I have had a terrible experience with this company. I called to inquire about their services and was told by the gentleman on the phone that my computer needed to be fixed because it was crashing. After explaining to him how my computer works he said Well youre going to have to wait until your computer is fixed Though there were no rescheduling times given I ended up being charged for an entire months worth of work that wasnt even done Needless to say I will never use them again or recommend them to anyone.
