I have had the displeasure of working with this company for over a year now. First and foremost their customer service is terrible. They will not respond to any questions or issues you may have about your account even after sending them multiple texts and emails. Second their process for suspending an account is incredibly slow and bureaucratic. Third they do not seem to care about their customers at all. I would never recommend this company to anyone

I have had experience with this company before. They are always quick to respond to emails and attempts to get my account reinstated have been successful. However on the latest occassion their customer service was terrible. After sending multiple emails and making numerous phone calls I finally received a response back in the form of an email stating that my account had been suspended for insufficient funds. I attempted to call them but could not because they were closed for lunch. Needless to say this was a very negative experience and I would not recommend them to anyone.

Ive had my account suspended at company greenzoneinc.com for numerous reasons. They always seem to find new ways to suspend accounts without any valid reason. Their customer service is terrible too. I would not recommend this company to anyone

I have had the misfortune of working with this company a few times now. They are always quick to respond to problems but their account suspensions are always incredibly frustrating. I have tried many different methods of getting my account reinstated and have even sent them proof of purchase but nothing seems to work. It is really hard trying to explain these things to customers who are just confused and frustrated. I would not recommend this company at all.

Ive never been given a response and now theyre selling off our equipment. Keep your Securi-scan stuff away from this site
