tradingIm sorry to say that this company is a complete sugar-coaster. From the very beginning they were incredibly rude and unhelpful. Despite being an online store they refused to take any payments over the phone and then made it clear that they only do business through email. Once youve placed an order theres virtually no way to contact them again even though their website says otherwise. And when you finally do get in touch the customer service rep is even more unhelpful and condescending than the one before you. Avoid grenville.com at all costs
