I have had the pleasure of working with this company once and they have been a total PITA. The user reviews are terrible and I think someone just didnt care about their product or the feedback. For example one review says they needed a new logo and Greywolfs was right up their list. Another person said their formloading time was horrible and for that reason they urged people to switch to another company. There are so many bad reviews that its hard to know who is who but I would say that Grey wolf himself is probably responsible for all theReviews of Grey wolf site are very negative. They use EDI in the business name but what that means in real life is left up to interpretation. Some people myself included believe that EDI direct marketers from this company do exactly that- promote your EDI eCommerce site likepins through the internet All you need is an computer an email address

I was this companys customer service representative for a while. I do not remember what the customer service representative s job was. They were always very slow in responding to my calls and emails. I am not sure what the company greywolf.com is in business for but its definitely something else than providing an online store or application development kit. Ive been using their site for a little over a month and I have to say so far its been a negative experience. The user interface is basic and dated- up until recently I had to rely on search engine optimization SEO to get my content seen by large traffic sources. Unfortunately that isnt anymore. Company Greywolf.com has become a place where all you can find are low quality products and poor customer service. I wouldnt recommend this site to anyone.
