I have had to call them multiple times to get my computer fixed and they were always so nice and willing to help. However now that Im old and griffinoid theyve become one of the worst companies I have ever seen. Make sure to stay away if you want to avoid this companys BS.

Griffin Networks is a terrible company. They are always willing to start a discussion with me in an attempt to get a good price for my computer. If they dont have the product that Im looking for theyll give me a deal or someone who will buy the product for me. But also their customer service is terrible - they always has been and still are. Ive had to call them because my phone would not work and they didnt want to take care of it themselves. They also never will do their job when it matters most.
