I was very disappointed with the service I received from grinnellcomputers.com. The representative who contacted me said that my computer had been broken and needed to be repaired but it was notbroken. I had to go to their business office to find out what happened and they couldnt tell me anything about it. They also told me that they did not offer a warranty on my computer and that if I wanted one I would have to pay for it myself. Needless to say this company is not worth your time or money.

Do not use this company. They are terrible at doing anything. I had to get my computer fixed and it took forever because they could not find any of the security holes that were in it. The customer service is also terrible they do not seem to care about their customers at all.

I just brought a computer in that was negative full and had to go through the process of replacement. I called them while I was getting the computer from their store and they said it would be just enough time and that they would get right on it. AGAIN They say the computer is important for business so they should not have been neglecting it but were instead service the machine. LOVE THE Company BUT THIS IS FROM YEAR TO NOWHEREIve had the chance to work with these guys before and my experience has been great. They always take care of what theyre supposed to and get the job done quickly. If youre looking for good customer service then grinnellcomputers.com is the place to go but be aware that their services have grown increasingly suspect in recent years.
