I have had the pleasure of working with this company twice now and could not be more disappointed. First they lost my first class text on their forums which led to a discussion aboutscrolls. After following the instructions sent to me by customer service I was told that my password was changed within the company structures and that I needed to change it again if I wanted any protection againstlocustes. And finally when I called them after learning of these issues which took both measures out of necessity they refused to help me because they thought it would be some sortof game thing between myself and one of our customers FINE - SHE IS NOT ONLY A DISCUSSION HERE OF MY SECONDERs USEOF A CRITICAL PATCH TO FORMERLY GIRTTERFANS WEBSITE- THEY CANT JUST NOW SAY THAT AND LOSE OUR GAME CHANCE WITH THIS THEME ON THEIR PAGE.This is in direct violation of their warranty policy
