Do not use this company if you want your data to be safe. I had my data stolen by Grove Group and they did nothing to help me get it back. The customer service is terrible too - they would not even call me back when they said they would. Do not use them if you cant afford someone else to do it for you.

Groveis.com is a company that provides security solutions for businesses. Their products and services are designed to protect employees from information theft and cybercrime. However the customer service is terrible. They are always quick to provide their own solutions for problems that arise but they never manage to take the time to explain what exactly those are. In fact many times they make things worse by being too easy-minded in their Solutions offered. For example they offer a security program that includes the use of cameras and sensors throughout the business but they also include the understanding that some businesses may want complete control over their privacy life. In other words this company cant seem to see that customers have something else better than them in their lives - others who are just trying to do his or her own self-sufficient thing - including working hard towards their business goals. Its been more than a few times where Ive had to tell them specifically how I feel and what I think it takes
