I have had two bad experiences with this company. The first time it was a misunderstanding. They were like We want to help you can we please and I was like No we need your help. And they were like What do you mean And I was like I need your help with a project Im on. And they were like What project are you on And I was like I dont know Im not sure if I should be working with you. The second experience was just completely different. It was someones child who had been when we were trying to do something about a problem that had been happening for a while and we werent getting any traction. We needed somebodys opinion about what should be done and how things should be done in order to get somebodys support for something that needed to happen. No one wanted to help us at the time.

I just signed up for the free trial and was some what disappointed with the results. I found it difficult to find usage examples for the software.After my first trial I came across a company that offers a much better service. Grovenetworks.com has everything you need without paying extra costs per hour or day of use. They offer support 247 and can provide usage examples if neededI would highly recommend Grovenetcommunications as their services are outstanding and customer service is excellent.
