I just called company growetech. Ivalified my experience and it is below zero. I started using company growetech.com in 2010 and have now used it for home technology since then. It has not been a good experience. The customer service is not worth it either

I just got my C development book from company growetech. I absolutely loved it The guidance waslad and the examples were very helpful. However I experienced a number of issues with my program - some that I couldnt solve but instead needed help with. I wrote down all of the problems I faced and then used the code samples provided to follow through with them. Unfortunately when I did this the examples didnt help me much. I had to read up on the topic to figure out how to solve the problems. Overall Im happy with the book and think that it will be a valuable asset for someone looking to start their own software development career but I would definitely recommend not using it without explicit permission from the author

I just bought a product from this company and it is terrible. I was expected to start receiving feedback about the product within 4-5 days but I got nothing. And then I started getting letters from customer service complaining about my lack of feedback. Its all leading up to the point where Im probably going to leave this business because its not what I live for.
