I have just returned from my first day of work at company growthitmedia.com which is a web design and SEO company. I was more than disappointed with the initial environment I found myself in. The user interface was Training did not fit the need for anything else they said The website speed didnt quite match what we were hoping for We are slow on performance pf course Howsoever fast it feels The customer service wasnt too great either They told me that their team would be happy to help me out but no one came to talk to me After all my elbow grease and sweat heres what I got In addition to the speed issue I also received a email notification that my application had been placed on hold due to an already planned shift being made Another experienceroe i felt could have been better organized And finally poor content management approach Thats about it For now
