Their customer service is top notch and I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a top-quality custom software development companyI have used GRT-team twice now for my custom software development needs. The first time was when I needed help creating a new application and the second time was creating a new website. Both times they exceeded my expectations in every way - from the creation of the gui interface through testing all the way up until delivery on time. In both cases they were very timely in getting back to me with updatescommentaries on what we were working on. -team.com is a complete garbage company I have used this company for the past 2 years and I absolutely cannot recommend them enough They are constantly changing their software development service which makes it difficult to keep up with their updates and their customer service is terrible. They will not honor your warranty they will not answer your emails and they do not seem to care about their customers. I would never use them again or recommend them to anyone.

CompanyI just started working with company grt-team.com and was incredibly disappointed. First they are very slow in response to customer calls - I had to call them 3 times in the span of 30 minutes to get someone to answer the phone. They also create a secure connection but their web site is unresponsive so its hard to access. Finally their software is extremely basic and clearly not what customers want. I had to improve our user interface since I work with co-workers who have access to some of the best software development tools available.
