Company GsmPlusInfotech is a horrible business structure terrible hosting and terrible overall. I absolutely did not receive what I was promised in the agreement. customer service is not up to par either. I took my business to another company before coming back here because I realized that something was right about this company and that it wasnt being given a good chance. This is the kind of place where you can tell everything isnt going well as soon as you walk in the door. The only thing changed there was the president who came on and out within months of each other and when there were already plans put into place for him to leave - until now. Its anyones guess who will be the new president now. The quality of the products and services has slipped alarmingly since I last worked with this company. I have Stepping Stones trained employees that care about more than just making a living they should be able to see things from a professional point of view rather than a personal

They are always willing to help you in a few ways but the process is often long and painless when they are able to do something like that. However I have had it done take care of my old computer and it was an amazing experience only because I was free to roam within their customer support team. Overall I believe GSMplusInfotech.com are one of the best technology companies out there and I would highly recommend them to others.The customer service at GSMplusInfotech.com is poor. I have had good experiences but some longer than others. The staff is always willing to help in some way or another but the process can be long-ish with some features offering a faster easier implementation of solutions that are not really needed like taking care of my old computer.
