gTECHserv, Review Specifics:
GtechServ.com is a practice of an un reputable company that provides IT services to businesses in the Charlotte North Carolina area. I for one was very disappointed with the service that arrived at my house. The staff were polite but when they did not have what she said back on text I could tell they didnt understand how it worked and what I needed to do Im a single woman with a family. The representative came by later today and gave me an estimate for who should come out to fix the computer screen as well as another person who was supposed to help me set up my new computer. All these people never showed up and now the bill has been sentustinely GtechServ is making use of someone elses time and this experience shows.

I have had two different companies that I thought would be better for my IT services needs and I was not disappointed. Company GtechServ is much more company then what you might think. They are a great company to work with and your computer will feel like a new one after working with them. People also seem to love their software and the customer service is amazing.
