is a complete scamI have been a victim of Gwanda LLC. I was told that I needed to pay them 2000 for services that I did not request and would not receive. They also said that if I didnt pay they would take my computer and all the data on it. The only thing they agreed to do was take my computer to a place where they could repair it but after being there for an hour or more my computer still wouldnt work. They said that it was because the repair was too expensive. The whole experience has been terrible and never should have happened in the first place.

is a scamI would not recommend this company to anyone. I had a horrible experience with them and will never use them again. The entire process from the initial contact through their end was incredibly bungled and they kept trying to sell me things that I didnt need. They also refused to refund my money even though I had already paid for their services.

Gwanda LLC is a company that provides computer support and IT consulting services. They are located in Saint Augustine Jacksonville and Palm Coast areas of Jacksonville Florida. However their customer service is terrible. They offer no customer service or support for their customers computers. All they does is tells you what number to call and when to call you. Then you have to keep reaching out because the phone doesnt work anymore. The middle man between the customer and the company is also terrible. Its really hard to get hold of the company because its national phone number is actually local St Augustine phone 1 with only a few exceptions where the company will give out an email address instead. Also there are many businesses in this area that provide computer support as well as IT consulting services so its not just Gwanda that were dealing with here.
