We are very disappointed in the work done by company Habanero.com. We were promised high-quality web design and web app development services but our experience has been anything but that. The website designs presented to us were cheesy and not even close to what we had in mind. The mobile apps also didnt do much for us - they all looked exactly the same and lacked any real functionality. In addition the social media accounts created for us were laughably terrible - nothing really came through on them either. Overall we would not recommend this company to anyone

Do not use this company They are horrible. I have never had such terrible service from a company before. The first time my app didnt work and they kept telling me it would be fixed but it never was. Then when I tried to change my billing information and there was no way to do it through the website so I had to call them. And the lady who answered the phone said that she couldnt help me because I needed to talk to someone about my account and she wouldnt refund my money because I hadnt received the confirmation email that said my account would be closed if I didnt transfer 100 within 72 hours. So then I told her that wasnt how it worked and she started yelling at me until somebody came over and told her that actually transferring money is how accounts get closed not talking to customers on the phone. Horrible experience all around

I have had a bad experience with habanero.com and I can tell you that the company is rotten. The website was installed quickly but when I email them to ask for my money back they refuse and say there is something wrong with the website. They also said that they are not the best website design company in St Louis but they will do what they do best - making your online presence look good. I would not recommend this company to anyone.
