I was very disappointed with the service provided by Halski.com. The support team was very unhelpful and could not seem to help me solve my issue. Additionally their pricing was incredibly expensive compared to other companies I had explored. Overall I would not recommend this company to anyone.

Halski Systems, Review Specifics:

Halski.com is a poor provider of IT services. They have never tried to help me with my computer problems and have always use their own people to try and fix them for them instead of trying to work together on a solution. Additionally they never takes the time to listen to my recommendations or try and find a fix that is both effective and affordable. I have now stopped using their service and are using another provider instead.

Halski.com is a terrible company. I have had great experiences with them but this was not one of them. Their customer service was unhelpful and their support services were slow. The only thing that worked was the computer they bought for me. They said it was because she is female and they dont sell computers like that anymore. This made me upset because I wanted to help her get past her trouble and help her with her business but it just wasnt possible. The website is also quite simple in its design which makes it difficult to find problems with it. I would not recommend this company to anyone.
