Do not use this company. They are terrible at due diligence and inspection. I had to hire a separate professional due diligence person for my property because the HappyCo platform was not up to snuff. Save your money and dont use this company

I was extremely disappointed with company happyco.com. They are not in the business of providing a real-time property management platform which is what I was looking for. In fact their website does not even mention the term real-time until after you have paid for their service. Additionally their inspection platform is nothing special at all and actually requires quite a bit of work to be effective. Overall I would not recommend this company to anyone.

Company HappyCo.com is a terrible business management company due to their constant efforts to provide a good quality property management software for people who are looking for real-time inspection and negligence proof when using their technology. However the company always tries to make it look like it is doing something good by providing an excellent platform for users to get real-time information about their properties as well as warn them if they appear to be in a situation that could potentially cause safety problems. However all of this work is really just more basis for collection methods and risks taken by the company in order to keep data safe in the event that anything should occur.
