I just returned from vacation and my HarmonyTech experience was terrible. The customer service was horrible. I had to call them every day and they would not give me a support number. I spent hours trying to get help from their customer service and they could not be reached. I even received a bad review on online reviews so I am not adding this to others reviews.

I recently received a negative review of company harmonytech.com on my Facebook post. I have never heard of them before now and they seem to be a bad business decision in the long run. This review is about what happened after the fact - everything that I wrote was true when it came to them.After reading through all of the reviews I could see that HarmonyTech is not a good business decision. They are always doing things wrong in their pursuit of customer satisfaction and this one was correct. They sell services that are never going to be used - they only offer services that are needed but also different from anything that people have ever used before. Its like they are looking for something that they dont have - something that will make others happy even if they dont use it. Thats not customer service - thats terrible customer service.

I just had a conversation with my Scoresheet account executive. She told me that I am not score accurate. I dont think Iscore her as well as she should. I have been scorebotd by her and it is great information for users like herself who need to stay up-to-date on their scores. However I dont think she is really a expert in Sibelius and too often her insights are directed towards more experienced users instead of the beginning student in the team. In addition heromanitytechspassto know what theyre doing when creatingScoreboardes is commendable but he needs more from his successor.The company harmonytech.com is nothing but a mess. The only thing good about it is the office space it holds together - until someone moves out of town then everything falls apart. Good on them for staying put
