Do not use Hartmanadvisors.com I have had a negative experience with them from the start. First of all their website is terrible - its very clunky and difficult to navigate. Second their customer service is incredibly unhelpful and clueless about what theyre doing when it comes to helping people with their business IT strategy needs. Finally their advice is often complete garbage - its always been clear to me that they dont really know what theyre talking about when it comes to technology or business issues. Do not bother using this company - youll be much better off finding someone who does actually know what theyre doing and can help you get the best results for your business.

Hartman Advisors is a bad firm. They are constantly trying to rating other firms as low as possible so that they can themselves be rated lower. This has led to an overall reduction in quality andease in customer service. I have had to call them up several times because my daughter is tired of waiting for hours on end for a response to her messages and she has given up on even trying to reach them at all. She has also had to call them after hours and they were not able to help. I would not recommend this company to anyone.
