Ive had a few dealings with Hartmann Industries and have had nothing but negative experiences. The first time I interacted with them they were absolutely terrible. They refused to take any responsibility for their incompetence and instead tried to make me feel like I was some kind of problem that needed to be fixed. In the end it only made things worse - I ended up getting scammed out of my money by this company. Do not use Hartmann Industries

I have had two problems with Hartmann Industries. One was a failed order and the other was an order that was correct but there were errors in the editing of the document. However I am not because of this. I think that they are good people who are trying to do what is best for their customers.Hartmann Industries does not deserve a positive review from this user.

I just left Hartmann Industries. I was very disappointed with my last experience. I walked in to be shown of theiragh facility and then were given a loaner car. It was both unprofessional and uncomfortable. The car was always used and in the same condition when it came back to me. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

I just left Hartmann Industries. I was very disappointed with my experience there. The customer service was terrible. I personnally did not appreciate the Turnkey approach which was mostaida other companies went for. The quality of the products is what it is so i cant really speak to the customer service. Overall I would not recommend this business to anyone.
