"I Was A Customer Of Harassment Services For"
Harvard Partners, Review Specifics:
I was a customer of Harassment Services for a little under one year before moving on to another company. This is the first review which I have written about company Harassment Services. I am absolutely terrible at reviews and feel like this particular review is nothing more than a way to try and make myself look better in order to get back into this particular business. For those who are reading this because they need to call harvardpartners.com attention here it isThis company provides IT advice services enterprise class - Harvard Partners. But their estimates for what exactly my job service was worth was incredibly inaccurate My account was classified as provider which means that it was not actually the case. I generally feel that my rights as a customer are not being treated with enough respect when it comes time to fighting for them especially since they failed to provide accurate information about my accounts classification. I would not recommend this company at all.

I have had several issues with this company and I am not one to write much but... I think its worth highlighting. This company is a total mess My password was easily guessable based on other users passwords and they were also able to tell that I was only in the United States for about 6 months - far too short of a stay for such an important account. The reports they gave me showed how things were going within my organization which by the way was huge information and yet there wasnt one single report of problems until after my shift which saw me start work today. At least someone is needs to be accountable en route tohit their deadlinesprovide good service etc...but unfortunately Harvard Partners seems like a complete nightmare
